The semi-complete package is for homeowners who want to be able to personalize the interior of their homes. The packages comes with basics such as a first coating of paint over the walls and ceiling, a fully finished toilet and bathroom, tiles on the kitchen sink, a fence enclosure at the service area, and perimeter fences at the side and rear.

The complete package includes features such as fully finished interiors, tiles on both the ground and second floor, wall partitions for the second floor bedrooms, and overhead and built-in cabinets in both the kitchen and the bedrooms.
dressed-up unit
To give the buyers an idea on how the unit would look like when fully furnished, a dressed-up unit is arranged for viewing.
